This is such a simple recipe, but so delicious!
- 1/2 lb (2 sticks) Butter
- 6 T Confectioner’s Sugar
- 2 c Flour
- 1/4 – 1/2 c Nuts (or as many as you like)
Blend first 3 ingredients. Add nuts. Roll dough into pieces about the size of your finger. Curl these like a 1/2 moon. (Or, if you prefer, you can roll the dough into balls.) Bake on an un-greased cookie sheet at 375F for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. Makes around 40 cookies.
